Wil is patient and amazing!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Johanna and the outstanding job she does handling payroll for Core10 Pilates. She is incredibly efficient, always processing payroll and reports in a timely manner while making sure every detail is taken care of. Whenever I have a question (even if it’s the same one I forgot the answer to last time), Johanna is patient, professional, and quick to respond. I especially appreciate how she went above and beyond to ensure our current and former employees had access to their W-2 forms—she took the initiative to make sure everything was handled seamlessly. Most impressively, when I ran into issues accessing files in SmartVault, Johanna didn’t just send a standard troubleshooting response. She recognized that something wasn’t right, took it upon herself to investigate, discovered a technical error, and got it fixed. Then, instead of just sending an email update, she personally called me to walk me through what happened and make sure I had everything I needed. Johanna truly cares about her work, and it shows. Eco-Tax is incredibly lucky to have her on their team—and so is my business!

Shakira, Amy, and their team are the best to have by yourself. For anyone that doesn't speak finance, but still has to run their small business, they will hold your hand through everything - patiently explaining what they need, why they need it, and how it will be organized in your books.
