Michael A. is my tax contact. He is friendly, and helpful, fairly knowledgeable in the areas for my small business and personal income tax needs. When he is not sure, he finds others who have the answer. Since I have some international dealings, he is helpful to guide which forms need to be filled/used. Generally he is quick to respond to questions and calls. So far, no audits from the IRS!

I've been using Eco-Tax since I started my own company several years ago and they've been great all the way through—and, getting down to brass tacks, they've saved me thousands of dollars compared to what I would have saved if I filed my taxes on my own. They are very responsive to inquiries (most replies are same-day) and understanding of various aspects of managing my circumstances and finding me the largest savings. They were already accustomed to working remotely, so both their software and their service were incredibly good during the pandemic. My accountant is smart, reliable and responsive.
