Eco-Tax, IncReviews of eco-tax.com

Maria is my accountant and she continually makes me wonder why I didn't hire Ecotax years ago! She is incredibly helpful, and patient with me and always follows up in a timely manner on questions I ask for which she doesn't have the answers. And I never have to wonder if she is giving my good counsel, because she always does. She is proative, and has been particulary helpful with the CARES act benefits this year. She works seamlessly with my bookkeeper and payroll person as well. 5 stars all the way!

Michael A. is very knowledgeable and has been fantastic

Friendly, informative, personable, detail orientated, and always willing to go the extra mile!

I'm always treated so kindly and with compassion. I love working with Michael and Nicole. They go above and beyond for me. I don't understand all of this crazy tax 'stuff' but they never make me feel dumb and always are very helpful. Thank you!!

Always helpful

I switched my phone and my MFA wasn't synchronized. On top of this I needed a file from the portal to meet a deadline in less than 24 hours, so I reached out to the eco-tax staff. First thing in the morning I receive multiple emails with information from the eco-tax team on how to fix my problem, and after following the instructions I was meeting my deadline before 7am. They solved my issue quickly and efficiently.

Hannah and Ecotax always provide the best customer service! I’ve never ever had to stress about tax documents because they answer everything for me.

Hannah was great and responsive.
