I love the EcoTax services and have been using them since 2016. However, my new favorite thing about Ecotax is Hannah Frirdfertig. She, in particular, is a true caring professional, and a sparkling delight to speak with over the phone. Even on opposite sides of the US (literally SoCal —>NY) I felt like she was right by my side and was going to ensure everything was handled efficiently and appropriately—and it was! She is an exceptional member of the client support team member...I’m kinda suspicious, she may actually be C-level Executive, she’s that polished, professional, and phantastic (I needed another P adjective, couldn’t resist).

Alan and the eco-tax team are always very helpful and thorough when planning for taxes or answering any questions. Easy to get a hold of, I needed a CPA letter for a refinance and had it back within the hour. Eco-tax makes things simple and straightforward for my small business.
