Wrong backpack blower part sent, and they tried to convince me I was wrong. Months later, I actually purchased a new blower (same model). And I kept the unused, ordered part. Hence, I was able to put them side by side. Clearly, I was correct. Stuck with a $30 replacement, flex hose that was for some other piece of equipment.

I ordered blades for edger on April 11. I received an email stating it would arrive on April 30. That date came and went with no delivery. I received another email stating it would arrive on May 3. That didn't happen. I contacted the company via their email but received no response. It is now May 6 and I still don't have the parts.

If I could give zero, I would have. If you need your part anytime this century, don’t order from them! They charged your credit card and the part is no where to be found! If you call them and state your issues, they’re rude and hang up. Horrible business stay away!!

Ordered a part, seen it hadn't shipped yet and called to cancel it. It's still in the warehouse and the guy says they cannot cancel, but I can return it once I get it but they'll be a 20% restocking fee. What a joke!

I placed an order and requested cancellation within 24 hours, before anything shipped to me. However, the company refused to cancel because the item had already been “shipped” from the manufacturer to their warehouse—something that was not clearly explained during checkout. To make matters worse, one of the items in my order is still on backorder, yet they still will not cancel or adjust the order. This policy feels misleading, as most customers would reasonably expect to be able to cancel before shipment to the customer. I would strongly recommend others review the cancellation terms carefully before ordering.

Same problem as everyone else, if you order parts expect weeks to months to get parts. Someone should probably remove their license because of lack of info and transparency. What happened to customers are first. Without us you make no money

i wish i could have put zero stars- horrible experience- took forever to get the part and they sent wrong part. When i returned i was told 20% restocking fee which is BS but then they never refunded me the money. When i called i was met with a very rude JO that told me it takes 4 weeks to refund which i have been around long enough to know is just BS and i am sure when i call back in 2 weeks will get another BS response- DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!!
