TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY I wish I had read the reviews before using them to evaluate my transcripts. There were multiple errors in my evaluation so I contacted customer service and got very little help , I first paid for a High School and University Level Course by Course but had to change after two months of back and forth because they wouldn't recognize the official school Academy of lille worker that sent my baccalaureate grades multiple times ! Then did a course by course but they later ( 3 months ) found that the official school transcript of my second year of university was not good enough for them ? Even though they knew I had a deadline and the costs of everything was already expensive I had to go to the post office many times , just to get scammed by them. They therefore told me to get a general report but gave me no credits because apparently my school was not recognized at the time , but it is obvious that they have not done their research because university in France is always recognized especially a bachelors which is called licence in France that is done in 3 years is one of the hardest diplomas to get, they got my first and second year transcripts sent directly by the school and that wasn't enough! They just lie and try to scam international students ! If they had actually done even a little research they would know that I was in the TOP 5 BUSINESS SCHOOLS IN FRANCE and passed so it is impossible to not even get one credit or gpa ! They are scammers , the customer service is slow and horrible , please stay away from them ! To this day I don't even know if they evaluated my high school diploma? They are incompetent. Bineta W.

Horrible experience with several students, this is unbelievable

After a terrible experience with WES that almost cost my job opportunity, I decided to try the ECE. I could not have found a better company. Everything was very straight forward and I go my credentials in a week (while I waited for 2 months for Wes, and I’m still waiting just to see how long they will play with me) Costumer service was also very friendly and responsive. ECE saved my dream.

Would have given and had already planned to give 5+ stars as they did ECA report for me within 2-3 weeks(The fastest ECA available ever - way better than WES, IQAS,ICS, etc) but they lost me in the end when they couldn’t even deliver the report on time. They used DHL to deliver which is already known for poor service and incompetence. Still dont have my report, they cannot deliver and Im willing to pick up but they wouldn’t be able to make it available for pickup in 3 days time. Whats the point of all the work when cannot deliver on time. Pathetic. Ref # J25647

In my search for an evaluation report, I was informed that it was necessary to use a NACES certified member. After extensive research to find the best option, I narrowed my choices down to three top contenders: SpanTran Evaluation, WES, and ECE Evaluation. All of these services are NACES certified. However, I ultimately ruled out WES due to numerous negative reviews in the past two months. SpanTran was also dismissed as their $120 fee(depends on country) to verify documents via scans was too expensive for my budget. Consequently, I decided to proceed with ECE Evaluation. From the outset, ECE Evaluation impressed me with their responsiveness. I had numerous questions prior to creating an account, and each query was answered promptly and thoroughly. This level of customer service was reassuring and helped me make an informed decision. I opted for the course-by-course evaluation and included the $80 rush service as I needed the report urgently. ECE Evaluation delivered on their promise; the report was completed within four days and expedited back to me via express shipping. From the moment I registered my account to the delivery of the evaluated document, the entire process took only about eight days. The service provided was impeccable. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided by ECE Evaluation. For those who need an quick turnaround, I would recommend opting also for the $80 rush service, which significantly enhances the speed and quality of the service. In terms of cost, ECE Evaluation offers a solid value. Very poor service and very arrogant in their approach. They don't even understand how educational institutions function.

I must warn the clients that decided to use this company to be prepared to go through a strainer. Incompetence and inefficiency are some of the things you will encounter with this company. If you can use another company please do your best to do so or you will have to deal with people that do not know what they are doing. Even if you had your reports done with them and has it been past 5 years, prepare yourself to do all over again, expect different outcome compared to the one you had 5+ years ago ,and get different answers to your questions. They will get your money that is for sure. I do not recommend this company and hopefully I will never need them again.

As with other people’s experience I unfortunately had the same. They don’t evaluate your diploma correctly even though they have every single transcripts. They downgraded my DIPLOMA to a certificate!! Mind you I just received my BSN with an other evaluation service that had no problem of doing a course by course evaluation. Unfortunately I can’t use this for the universities I applied to. According to ECE I basically have no education, but have been working as a RN in the US with my German schooling….this is just a scam! They don’t take their time to look at your transcripts and just take your money….unbelievable.
