Four weeks and still not shipped.
Ordered 7/15/22 and order is still in production. Their site says current processing takes two weeks, not even close. Been buying from them for a couple years and liked the product but am switching to more reliable vendor. No notification of excessive delays, etc, but they got my money.....

Hi Tom, I aplogize for the delays in our processing. We have a yellow banner at the top of our webpage that states an extended delay in our processing times. We have hired and trained additional staff and our fulfillment speeds are increasing every day. I was unable to find an order under this name to assist you further.
