Hi, Due to innappropriate review posting by spambots we are forced to approve all reviews. It is currently a Federal Holiday in the US which is why your post was not approved yet. Not sufficiently diluting a concentrated flavoring will result in a chemically/perfumey flavor. How are you diluting the flavor you purchased? Please submit a ticket at https://helpdesk.ecblendflavors.com and we can assist you in resolving the problems you are experiencing.

Hi Antoine, Unfortunately, we had to cancel your order due to the fact you order products that are not allowed in your state.  Nothing we could have done about that.  Based on your order date you were given an estimation prior to your order being spotted as containing prohibited items.

Hi Chris, I am sorry to hear you were not happy with the flavor quality recently. Upon further investigation, I was able to locate your account and believe I might have the answer to why your previous bottles tasted differently. In the past, you were ordering a base mix of 40% PG/ 60% VG and on your recent orders, the percentages were reversed to 60% PG and 40% VG. Higher PG percentages can provide a weird after taste to some people, while higher percentages of VG smooths out the flavor and vapor. Please reach out to us on our Help Desk system if you would like and we can work with you to resolve this issue.

Hi Perky, I would love to post the transcript of the entire conversation showing how professional our customer service rep was, even after the rudeness and personal attacks. Our order processing time of 1-3 business days is clearly posted during the checkout process. It is also clearly stated that Priority Mail shipping does not decrease the processing time. You were rude, accused us of scamming you, attacked the rep personally, and threatened us. Yes, I made a comment that you wouldn't return the order and that you would probably re-order.
