Below average communication but product came as promised and delivery was on time.

The website is a little hard to navigate, and descriptions could be more clearly stated. I had some trouble identifying the correct voltage converter to use with my light kit. Service has been great since I got the order placed.

Product is late, was told its on backorder. Was given the chance to get a refund but decided to wait a month for delivery. Hope all works out.

The only reason I give 4 stars is that one of my tires was flat after receiving it. I put some snoop on the tire and found the leak pretty quickly. The valve stem core was not tightened up all the way. Other than that I was very impressed with the quick delivery!

Had an issue with an order, called the contact number provided on their website and left a detailed message. That same day I received a return call explaining the measures eCart Parts was taking to make me whole. Thanks eCP for the quick response, good communication and simple resolution.
