Received part of order, ( I did not know the item ordered was two parts shipped separately. )they communicated immediately, and all was resolved since the item missing was shipped separately..

Complete Customer Satisfaction
This company does nothing..BUT.. provide great customer service with prices that are very reasonable. They went BEYOND my expectations, offered suggestions based on cart and wheel size. They did what they told me they would do, kept me in the loop and provided FAST delivery. Their personnel are exceptional and they do CARE about your COMPLETE satisfaction. Not everyone can be pleased all the time, but I'll bet this company WILL go out of its way to please YOU!

1994 EZGO Medalist Restoration
I ordered some parts for my 1994 EZGO Medalist restoration. eCarts Plus made it easy to do so. I received my parts quickly. The parts were exactly as I ordered. I will likely order more from eCarts Plus in the future as I complete this project and probably find another cart in need of some TLC.
