Order and wait, but don't bother trying to complain
It appears that this company still doesn't care about customer relations. It is impossible to get any response from them. The thing that bothers me the most is that within a few minutes of your order being placed it's gets a status of 'in the final stages of processing' and therefor can't be changed or canceled. But the "final stage' must include designing and making the product because my order has been in 'the final stage' for almost a week now and still hasn't shipped. Do yourself a favor and stay away from ecarsecurity.com.

Even though this was almost 2 years ago, we felt the need to reply. There is no order number given so we did a search with the name "Pat." Found 2 customers in the month of September 2008. Unfortunately it is old enough that I cannot find the tracking numbers, but I do see that the orders were shipped and there are no problems with them. They were both actually shipped pretty quickly. But we must admit we were understaffed and very busy at the time. We have since hired new employees for much faster processing. All orders go out the same day or next now.
