I recently bought the Energy Stone Tibet Rudraksha Buddha Beaded Bracelet. The item arrived in a really pretty package and was beautiful, but needed a minor revision. I contacted the store and they sent a return label promptly. Afterwards, they let me know when they received the bracelet, when they were done with the adjustment and sent me a pic before mailing it back to me. Courteous service and beautiful craftsmanship. I'm very please and will definitely shop from them again!
