Is it possible to give less than one star? I don't know. However, I do know that this site is a fraudulent book seller, only out to take your money. I've reported them and you should avoid them like the plague...or Covid-19. So fed up with lazy people trying to 'make' money by being crooks.

Zero stars if possible. Their customer service is awful. When I say awful, they just ignore you completely!!

Got my PDF right away and was able to use it. I wanted to access the PDF again the next week and said the link did not work and that magically my account username did not exist. If I do not get a refund legal action will be used.

Scam! Blocked me from the site but took my money.

Same story as others. The book I bought was a totally different edition. What a shame. Taking advantage of people during these terrible times.

Do not trust this site, it is a scam! I made a book purchase of a particular anthropology book. The link although stating the name of the book contained a totally different book. I contacted the company and requested a refund. I received a reply stating the wrong link was provided by accident and that the correct one would be provided. The updated link was still the same incorrect book. I repeatedly requested a refund and on the third email, I was told I would see a refund within 7 business days. Here we are 4 months later and still no refund. I have reached out to them several times and I get no response.

I purchased the 4th edition & was sent the link that stated 4th but when downloaded...it was clearly the 3rd edition. I have emailed 5x with no replies. They do not list a phone # either. Don't waste your time w/this company. After researching and reading reviews (which I should have done first) it is clear this company is no good. Save your $$.

Ordered a $25 textbook and never received a link/pdf. Have sent MULTIPLE emails to their support with no reply. STAY AWAY. DO NOT GET TAKEN BY THIS SCAM!
