EbookduckReviews of ebookduck.com

I also bought an ebook from this website, but I didn't receive any download links. I received an order email, is it useful? Haha... Definitely, they've stolen my $15.95. I tried to call them, but they didn't respond to me. In this case, please everybody, who has the same situation with me, connect your bank service phone number to tell them that you have purchased the books but you didn't receive the link to download. The banker will help you to cancel this payment also refund this money to you!

Ebookduck failed to deliver the correct download to match my order. I have not been offered a voice to my complaint. They have stolen $19.90 of my money.

ATTENTION! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Do not bother with this company. I never received the download link. Emailed them 3 times in the past 36 hours, nothing. Checked my junk folder, nothing. There are plenty of other companies to download from. Don't use this one. I lost my money. You will too.

Purchased a book a week ago. It didn't download but they sure have the payment from my debit card. I've tried twice to call them (no answer) and have written two emails to them about this. You would think they would contact me and either help me download the book, or refund my $13.00. At this point in the game, I'll keep trying to get in contact with someone.... but seriously, I would never use this company. In short it seems to be a scam or a rip-off.
