Quick shipping and quality product with great pricing. Will be purchasing again.

Bought 4 18650 batteries with 3000 mAh rating. Used it for a while but it didn't last as long as it should. Felt suspicious, took off the plastic wrapping and inside the real amperage rating says 7.4Wh roughly translates to 2000mAh. This a fault advertisement. I am going to file a lawsuit for sure.

I ordered a Dyson battery for an old stick vacuum that had stopped working and this company came up when I searched for a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of customer service from the moment I ordered the battery, to after it was delivered. They actually RETURN email questions and could not be more helpful. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT PRODUCTS - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

everything works. great service and follow up

Delivery was quick. Package well wrapped. Product is great. Thanks.

I have several EBL chargers, one for charging multiple NiMH AA, AAA, C, and D cells, one for recharging alkaline AA and AAA cells, and one for rechargeable Li-Ion cells. They work great, they're very useful and versatile, and I use them regularly and couldn't even imagine trying to get by without them. The EBL cells are amazing for their very high energy density, durability, reliability, ease and speed of recharging, and deep cycling capability.

Thank you for the fast shipping.

I purchased several types of batteries on this order. I had one Li-ion battery that would not charge. I contacted support and are replacing it. Support was worked with me on this issue and agreed it needed to be replaced.
