Customer service is terrible! I bought bedding, and although it arrive in a timely manner, it was the wrong size. I tried several times to exchange or return the item and I have STILL not received a response.

I still haven’t received my order that I placed 12 days ago. It hasn’t even shipped yet. I have sent 2 emails inquiring about my order and still nothing. My order still says “processing.” I won’t be ordering from here ever again.
