Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing your case, we found that two separate orders were placed on different days, both of which were processed and shipped promptly. We understand that this may have been unintentional. Today we issued a refund for one of the orders and asked that you kindly donate the extra set to someone who could use it, without the need to return it. We apologize for any delay in the refund process; as soon as we discovered the issue, we promptly issued the refund to ensure it was successfully processed.
