I ordered a swim suit it did not fit. I have emailed customer service 5 times with no response. HORRIBLE NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have filed a dispute with PayPal for a refund.

Avoid at all costs. Poor quality and badly fitting. Asked to return £40 dress as did not suit me and bad fitting. After numerous emails was told to keep dress as compensation and they would refund me $15. Have declined their offer and now no response from them. Total rip off.

This is a scam!! Parcels turn up with no labels and no return paperwork. Like others on here my item wasn't as described so asked for a return address. They gave me an address that the post office do not recognise.. It doesn't even have a country as part of the address!! I've asked for it three time with the same generic email sent back. It's not like the items are cheap to purchase, mine was £40. Their reply is keep the dress as compensation!! I don't like the dress, so why would I. I also don't have money to throw down the drain either.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Their returns policy is only valid if items are faulty so beware!

I have requested to return an item because it looks nothing like what was portrayed in the image on line. I have emailed them numerous times and they won't reply. Be careful with this company, they are not honest.

ebaney is dishonet, no they actially are liars! ordered 3-sweaters 12-20-22. They claim order shipped 12-27-22. usps tracking they gave me three times still shows nothing shipped at 1-17-23. They take days to respond & lie about order shipped. worst online experience ever!!
