They have beautiful dresses on their website, but the quality is not the best and mostly their return policy is the worst - I am in the US and bought a dress that doesn't fit correctly, and the lace looks very cheap. I contacted customer service for a return, and they offered $12 as a compensation for a $39.99 dress you get to keep a dress, you won't wear. Don't get fooled by the very nice pictures ;) they got me - now you know. May 11th 2022.

Waited 5 weeks for my order. Items bought re poor quality and cheap materials. Customer service don't get back to emails so can't send the. back like the site states. Avoid at all costs!

I received my order.. Eventually. Lovely material but didn't fit properly. Doesn't fit the bigger busted woman despite the website sizing . I asked for a return 5 days ago and have not had a response at all.. I paid £65 for these dresses .. It may not seem alot to some but for me it's a fortune. They were for a special occasion. Vey disappointed with service and response.. or should I say lack of! I have been offered a $15 compensation as they would not accept a return .... DISGUSTINGLY POOR WEBSITE !!!!!

The dresses were not as discribed. The one dress the dress material felt like parachute material. Ugh!!! For being a midi length they both were dragging on the ground (I’m 5’7”). MIDI length should be between knee and ankle. I will not purchase anything through your company! When I contacted the company for a return/refund I was told to keep the dresses and they would refund me $16. I spent $86 originally. Not acceptable!

I have not received my order yet but BEWARE Canadian purchasers. They list the price the whole way through in CAD funds.....then cash you out in US currency without telling you anywhere on the summary the price you are seeing is actually US. I felt so tricked, even if I love the products I will never buy from them again. *Update* Received all 3 dresses, even though I sized up none of them fit. I used the fitting guide they provided and ordered accordingly! Hopefully I get a refund....I will update my review when I try to return!

Got my dress that with shipping costs $50. It's pure junk. Crappy cheap CHEAP material & runs Chinese sizes. Wayyyyy too small. I wouldn't buy this at Dollar General. Do not give these people your money!

Purchased 2 dresses from Ebaney and they both look like crap. One is cut very small and the dress is cheaply made. In the pictures the dresses are beautiful. I have tried to contact customer service but the don’t respond. I did not believe the other reviews but I do now. They got me this time I hope they don’t get you!

Do NOT order from this company. The dress does not look like the picture. Cheaply made and I paid over $60 for it. No return option.
