I have completed my second course now from Enterprise Agility University (the first was the Hercules Initiative in Mar 2025). Strategic Leadership for Economic Uncertainty was a great blend of practical, hands-on work in class, combined with the camaraderie that is created when you are paired in small groups. We took concepts from the book Enterprise Agility Fundamentals and applied them to a real-world case simulation. Being paired with other leaders also introduced so many good ideas into our work! I would highly recommend the course.

The Strategic Leadership for Economic Uncertainty course was fantastic. It introduced me to new concepts that I was able to implement immediately with my client. In addition, the teamwork and class collaboration deepened my understanding and allowed me to discuss ideas and get feedback to build my skills. In todays fast paced world of constant disruption, the business landscape requires a new outlook. A outlook where speed, rapid adaptability and connection are paramount to pathway of success. This course provides the tools and thinking to navigate todays fast pace, volatility and hypercomoetition, not just to stay in the game, it is to ride the waves of uncertainty with ease and navigate, drive and thrive in todays world.

This program offered great value: 1. some of the models are brilliantly simple in how they help make sense of complexity. They allow you to quickly compartmentalize what’s going on and then move in the right direction to explore more deeply. 2. I also really appreciated the interactive format and the small group setting (kept at around 30 people), which made it feel like a comfortable and open space. 3. And the diversity in the room stood out. So many cultures, countries, and perspectives represented. We all say we need to respect cultural differences, but unless we intentionally place ourselves in spaces where we can actually experience and navigate them together, those words remain just nice slogans.

This course enabled me to explore concepts in Strategic Leadership that has greatly increased my knowledge and given me practical tools I can utilize now and in the future. The ability to network with individuals from all over the World was an added bonus. I envision utilizing the lessons learned in this course immediately in my current role.

Enterprise Agility University’s „Strategic Leadership for Economic Uncertainty” is a must-have for CEO’s, senior and middle management, product owners and project managers as it provides priceless insights into thriving in the modern hypercompetitive economy as well as provides the tools to do so. The classes were not only educational but collaborative - lending to hands-on application of the concepts and tools learned. I highly recommend this course!

Learning is a continuous affair and this session has offered auch great learning moments besides networking.

The Strategic Leadership for Economic Uncertainty training facilitated by Erich was a great practice in how to apply specific strategic techniques to real world business use cases. It laid out a step by step intentional approach in utilizing strategic tools throughout various phases of a business cycle. As teamwork is key for any new venture, I appreciate the homework assignments in small group settings and discussing the results with other classmates to gain additional insights and to showcase that learning is ongoing, beyond homework and attendance. I have learned a few practical and valuable new things that can be applied to both the corporate business and government sector.
