This journey has been a successful one for me and I would recommend this eating plan to anyone. It worked far better than I had expected. I am struggling to follow it at the moment as I am getting a new kitchen installed and have no proper cooking facilities but just as soon as kitchen is finished I will be back following menus. Doing my best under the circumstances to stick to Keto though.

I eat healthy following recipes and healthy way to exercise Day week challenge I alway how 3 tire building. With 3 lots of stairs. 2 or 3 I run or walk Also walk outside. I also take my dog for walk and go gym and swimming
