We are sorry for any misunderstanding caused or if this was not clear when you joined. I can confirm that your account is cancelled and that the refund has been issued as confirmed via chat. You should see the funds back in your account in 5-15 working days. Thank you for your comments and feedback, it really helps us to improve our products. We are sorry to see that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion, we are constantly reviewing and improving our services and your feedback helps us a lot. In regards to the charge, it is specified on our terms and conditions when you sign up that all subscriptions are set to automatically renew, we also offer 90 days cooling off period when you first join with us where we can issue a refund if you are not happy with the product.
