Caching plugins are incompatible with EasyWP infrastructure, the list of such (incompatible) plugins is provided in this article: https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/10015/2279/easywp-plugins-cache-plugin-seo-plugin-and-blocked-plugins/ We highly do not recommend any caching plugins since we already provide a built-in caching system on EasyWP that cannot be disabled. While it is possible to install some caching plugins and even activate them, they will only harm the websites. In case it is vital for you to have a caching plugin on the website (or one of the plugins from the list above) you need to consider moving to a shared hosting account. In case of such migration, a prorated refund for the unused EasyWP subscription days may be provided.
