I've been a customer of Namecheap for just over 15 years (2009) and have used their "Stellar Plus" package to host numerous sites over the years. I also register all my domains with them. During this time I have had very few problems with my sites and when there has been a problem it has always been of my own making. When it has been necessary to contact Namecheap support using live chat or support tickets they have always responded in a friendly manner and extremely quickly. Their staff are always helpful, polite and professional. I recently set up a new site using their EasyWp Turbo package and compared to the usual CPanel based hosting it is, as the name may suggest, very easy to setup and manage. I have no hesitation in recommending Namecheap to anyone looking for a hosting service or to register a domain name.
