There are lots of bugs and no easy method for ssl. always take time when buy first time wp wordpress and connect the wordpress.

It's total scam. If you ever forget to download your backup and the plan expires then they will charged you double. My suggestion is don't waste your money on this $=hi+. Instead of this you can purchase shared hosting. It's not a big deal to install wordpress on your hosting server. so why should you pay more for this stupid service.

My experience was terrible,I couldn't log in from the start,I must have spent 5 plus hours and about 10 different agents and still couldn't log in.worst experience ever,it even took more than 2 hours to close my account. never again!

Where to start? So many things wrong: 1. I needed a free SSL cert and they don't allow you to set it up yourself. So, support tried doing it and it took the site down, losing the files, so it was a blank website. 2. I asked five times for the SSL certificate but what was promised it wouldn't take more than 24 hours. A week later and still no SSL. But it's fine because we switched hosts and all is well now. 3. SFTP and PhpMyAdmin can only be used for an hour at a time. PhpMyAdmin always gives an error and boots me with en error, ie, it doesn't work. If you need to do any database work, you're screwed. 4. If you have any plugins requiring a little processing power, count on getting a 503 error. The servers cannot handle much at all, whereas other sites handle it no problem. 5. No cPanel or anything like it. A lot of hosts are moving away from cPanel but at least they have the same tools to use. Not this company. 6. Slow site. Our new host is much faster and no server-side errors, which were common on the front end and the back end. The support is friendly and do the best they can, but most aren't very capable. Go elsewhere for hosting your Wordpress site; there are so many much better options to choose from.

You can activate your SSL connection in just a few clicks. Note, that a free SSL option is only available for Namecheap domains and for 3rd party domains that use our FreeDNS nameservers. In addition, installing an SSL certificate should not affect the operation of the site and does not lead to the deletion of site files. A Free SSL certificate can be installed for up to 24 hours, and unfortunately we cannot always influence this. 3. As for an SFTP connection, to manage the account files you may use FTP clients and find your FTP details in your EasyWP Dashboard. You can change the active session time to 1 hour, 12 hours, 24 hours, and open an available session forever. This also applies to the MyPHP Admin client. As for the errors that you encountered while working, here it is worth investigating in more detail, because the error may occur due to the custom structure of the website database, or syntax. 4. As for the 500/502/503 errors, these errors often occur due to site optimization, in addition, many plugins and themes can overload website resources, which can cause such errors. In this case you can have, only two ways: - you can try reducing the website activity, for example, deactivate some plugins and monitor if the errors will occur again; - you can change the hosting plan to a more powerful one which has more powerful website resources. Note that website optimization is the responsibility of the client or his developer team. 5. As for cPanel, we don’t provide cPanel with EasyWP.
