Hello, thank you for reaching out to us regarding this. It is not possible to just manually delete the subscription for EasyWP from the client's side. The delete button you mentioned is likely just for the website content, and will not close the EasyWP hosting plan itself. Since you mentioned that you are still being charged, this means that the auto-renew feature must be enabled for it at the moment.
