I feel the mods to templates ate limited and I did like how it auto sets up domain ... used regular WordPress this just feels limited in design

This service is very difficult to use, for example you cannot get help without entering all your domains and id's and then also a customer service PIN ? Why would they jot be able to pull your accounts by name and email? I THINK it is meant to be deliberately difficult ie. you can't just cancel either, back to all your info, services, a special PIN. Also they do try to add services, and the price keeps changing. I have gotten 2 price change notices in 2 weeks. I seem to get 1 or 2 emails a day about it. If I ever get it all cancelled I would not sign up again for those reasons. I HATE being pushed around when I want something or to cancel something.
