This product has so many bugs that costs my thousands of dollars! I have been using this tool for the last 2 months. The bugs are crazy! It is very hard to image such platform could carry so many bugs. Just to name a few 1. The platform promised a simulated chat and attendee. the in the actual webinar it show 1 person attending..... 2. The UX has crazy amount of bugs, the webinar time is never accurate. I am very angry cuz we invested so much money on getting the traffic, and easy webinar just wasted it all. Never use it again!

We’ve been using EasyWebinar since 2022 and have run both live and automated webinar campaigns through the platform, so our experience goes well beyond simply testing a few webinars. One of our main automated webinar campaigns alone has generated over 13,000 unique visitors, 4,200+ registrations and 2,500+ webinar views, with hundreds more watching the replay. So we’ve genuinely put the automated/evergreen functionality to work over several years and it has played an important role in our marketing. We’ve recently returned to EasyWebinar to build a new campaign and because the platform has evolved considerably since we originally set everything up, I reached out to the team for some guidance. The support has been excellent. They’ve been responsive, accommodating and genuinely interested in understanding what we’re trying to achieve and finding the right solution for us. Having used the automation side at scale, I particularly value being able to combine live webinars with automated and on-demand webinars, replays, registrations, analytics and calls to action in one platform. We’re now looking forward to using the newer EasyWebinar features for our next campaign. Great platform, great support and very happy to be using it again. Highly recommended.

Easy to follow directions from Rakesh. Help in navigating the prompts was easy to understand. Very relaxed and not rushed!
