Hi Joey, We've refunded you and canceled your account. It looks like you were a customer for years. I'm glad our service proved useful despite any misgivings about PayPal processing payments for us. We use PayPal to avoid having to handle customers' credit card info ourselves to help keep everyone safer. We do hope to offer other payment processors in the future. Tyler

Hi there, I think you may have the wrong business in mind. We don't send any emails like the ones you're describing. We only send a few emails per year to our paying customers and we don't ever send any spam/marketing emails. No one will get an email from us until after they've signed up and paid us for service. Update: Thanks for getting in touch with us. It turns out this was a misunderstanding. We don't cover fastpeoplesearch.io, which is the site in question. We cover fastpeoplesearch.com and fastpeoplesearch.info. Here are the sites we do cover: https://easyoptouts.com/sites In any case, even if we do cover a site and submit opt-out requests, it's not too unusual for any one site to fail to honor a removal request on the first try. It's an unfortunate reality when many requests are handled by fallible customer-service agents working for the people-search sites, and it's why we do recurring scans over time. ------- Original response: Sorry about that! We don't normally have trouble with fastpeoplesearch.com. I'd be happy to take a look at that and refund your payment if you'd like to get in touch via [email protected]. We always want to refund people if they're not happy, since we don't want to take people's money if we're not doing what they need. Sometimes sites re-add information or fail to process opt-out requests correctly, so unfortunately, it's not possible to remove absolutely every single record perfectly and make sure they're down at all times. Sometimes, it also turns out that we don't have quite the right information needed to match a record, and it's just a matter of making sure the information in your account with us is complete and up to date. We don't put up fake reviews or have anyone else do it, so I sure hope they're real. I even recognize many of them as being from customers who we've had the pleasure of getting to know via our support email. Sorry we let you down. We'd love to have the opportunity to make it right.
