I ordered the “ferns”, which looked so real in the ads. We got them and they are hideous. The don’t bend easily and they are small compared to what was shown in pics. Very disappointed

I will never order from them again. I ordered a size 7 Clark's sandal. They are not Clark's and they are too big. They advertise 100 % money back guarantee, but they refuse to let me return the shoes and will nnot refund my money. They are a sham outfit. DO NOT order from them

I was ripped off as far as I'm concerned. It took almost 2 months to get the sandals and the they are too big and they will not give me a refund.I got what I orderedis what i was told. I also was over charged but they did refund me $7.00. Horrible company,never again

I’d rate them a -10 if I could. Still waiting after placing my order for Clark’s orthotic sandals. It’s been 6 weeks. Still waiting on response from customer service. From the other reviews I believe I’ve been scammed. Never again.

Color is bright and comfy

I purchased what was described as Clarks sneakers on 6/6/23. The amount charged on my credit card was almost $7 higher than what the confirmation showed. The shipping process was extremely slow and after 2 weeks, the shoes were still in customs in Italy. I emailed to complain about the overcharge which they determined was a "system error". They did credit back the overcharge and expedited the shipping. The shoes arrived on 6/30/23 and are at least a size too large. There are no markings in the shoe to indicate the actual size and they are clearly not made by Clarks. I sent an email to inquire about returning the shoes but I'm not optimistic that this will be resolved to my satisfaction. I truly regret ever placing this order!
