this company is fraud. they act like they are getting you a passport but you are just filling out the forms. please do not use.

Misrepresented for my US passport, currently disputing the charge

I was charged 122 dollars for two forms. I never saw anywhere that said charges. I thought it was a government site. When I paid money I stupidly thought I was paying for passport. I am so upset. Bad ad

Absolute scam. Do not use usapassportonline.org for passport renewal!!!!!

Scammers. Do not use them !

I’m very upset this is a scam !! I thought I paid $111.00 for my fee to renew my passport but they have return my paperwork just to say that I didn’t paid. I could have filled out the paperwork myself. This is a fraud ! Now I have to pay another $130 to renew my passport. This is a third party that had nothing to do with passport renew fee

How the hell did I get bamboozled?? I used this site to renew my passport for $132.07....only to get a letter from the Department of State saying I need to pay $130 for my passport renewal!!! Why are some humans so despicable ??

Currently disputing this charge on my card because these people pretended to be the US passport payment center. I sent my passport out to be renewed and lo-and-behold, it said I never paid my fee. Do not trust this website, it's a scam. They took my money with ZERO confirmation numbers sent and nothing denoting I'd sent them anything at all.
