just what others have said. they do not explicitly state that they are charging you to fill out a free form and one assumes that the fee is going to the gov. for a new passport. they also asked for a lot of personal information that i'm not sure even the government would ask for as mothers maiden name. it wasn't until after I filled out the application I saw that there was the actual $130 fee that the government asks for. do not use. I had to cancel all of my cards and put a freeze on my credit because of their shady practices.

It's a scam and I don't why Google and US government have not shutdown the website. Google has the responsibility to get rid those bad actors. This scammer sends you a prepaid postage worth $1 for $88.83 I wonder that's why they got away

Scam. They charge like 89 dollars just to fill out the form. It is only the form. Not clearly stated. They make the site look like a government site. This should be illegal. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Had I known I never would’ve used this service. DO NOT USE.

SCAM pose as the free state website for passport renewal. Called bank to dispute pending transaction and they are attempting to retrieve monies. Tried calling company and of course had to leave a VM so I suspect I will not get a return call. They should be out of business!!!!!!

As everyone else says, they are a scam. They charge you to fill out a form which is in fact free, pretending that it is the passport fee; the application is then returned because the real fee has not been paid. So the only result is to a waster of $60 and a delay of a month.

They should not be in business. This is a joke. I actually thought that the $67.88 I paid was going to the Federal Government for payment to renew my passport. They claim that I’m paying for a “expert” reviewer. If I’d know that was all I was paying for I would have never sent them the money.
