I received an email asking for a review of the purchase I had made from easy clothes. It also said if I had not received the dress to let them know, and in fact, I had not received the dress. It was an immediate response, even though it was after business hours. The person responding was extremely kind and empathetic and promised to investigate right away. True to their word I heard back from them within a very short while with the news that it had been sent out to an address to which it could not be delivered. The customer service person assured me as soon as it was returned to the company it would go back out to my address. This is all accomplished in about an hour and I could not be more impressed with their customer service. Very kind caring and quick. Would recommend any time and certainly is a five star experience.

Hannah
Great customer service. I accidentally placed two orders back to back, instead of one joint order, so I was disqualified from free shipping. I emailed and they responded to me almost immediately, even in the evening. And they refunded me my shipping ! Very pleased, Ashley R was wonderful and so helpful!
