I had a great experience with their customer service team. I ordered a couple of dresses from the Vie ton Art collection, which arrived in two days!! One of the dresses had a slight tear that I couldn't fix and Ashley from customer service helped me ASAP and quickly mailed out a replacement for me. Thank you!
