Great customer service! Had ordered a sweater that was a little bit on me . It only came in s/m and m/l, I am medium and wasn’t sure which one to order so went with the bigger size and it ended being too big and bunching too much on me. Reached out to customer service for help on what my options were and they were very responsive. They set up a return label for me and waived the return fee since it was my first order. Already reordered the sweater in the smaller size and excited for it come in, clothes seem like good quality!
