I ordered a custom Chinese dress for my wedding, and I really appreciated the care that went into making such a meaningful piece for such a special day. The team was patient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was happy with my dress. I also appreciated their transparency about tailoring and their willingness to provide a tailoring reimbursement for custom garments. I fell in love with the Melinda Dress two weeks before my wedding. After sending in my measurements, I wasn’t sure if the dress would make it in time but this company somehow got it to me ahead of the expected delivery date! My husband and I purchased our wedding outfits from EMD and we would highly recommend! My dress fit me right out of the box and I did not need to make any alterations. When my husband's jacket came in, it was much too large (not sure what happened, it seems like they used different measurements than what we provided them) so I contacted the company right away. They were very responsive and even did a Zoom call with us the next day to ensure we were providing the correct measurements. They immediately started making a new jacket for him even before we shipped the first one back (they covered shipping). His second jacket arrived with plenty of time to spare before the wedding and fit much better. Great costumer service and everyone loved our outfits.
