Hi Patrick, User safety and profile trust are important priorities for us, and we take concerns about suspicious activity, AI-like communication, or misleading profiles seriously. Many profiles of our users are verified according to our Terms of Service to help maintain a safer environment for communication. Credits are used for selected communication features, but users should clearly understand how they work and what services they choose to use. If you experienced specific issues with profiles, messages, credits, or account activity, please contact [email protected] with screenshots, profile details, message examples, and any credit/payment information available. Best regards, Tori from EasternHoneys

Cost of getting personally connected: You are getting people to contemplate…
You are getting people to contemplate if the cost of 5000 credits can justify getting to know someone. Its an expensive experience, especially if the conversations don't bear any fruit. I believe by reducing the amount of credits to bring two people together will enlarge your usage.
