Excellent customer service and products provided -i.e:. BD
I've been using ECMS for almost 10 years now and it's always been a very good experience via customer service and products provided. This most recent order was the first time I had any problems where the wrong product was shipped. ECMS customer service stayed in constant contact and did everything possible to rectify the problem by getting me the right product and accommodating me to return the wrong product that was originally shipped. The only name I got out of all the communication to thank for the great customer service is Georgia. Thank you ECMS for being there for your customers.
