I would give them an average rating. Pricing was ok, nothing exceptional that set them apart from other companies. For the amount of money I had to pay for shipping and handling, one would have thought that the delivery would have been quicker

Reliable service they said they would ship it out three to five days and we got it and that was good.

I was happy with the delivery time frame, but received the wrong supply item. I ordered bacteriostatic NS and received bacteriostatic water instead. I am also disappointed in the needles I ordered. I ordered 30g 1/2 inch needles to administer Botox with. The needles were not very sharp, were really difficult to insert through the skin and left bruises. I will try another brand of they offer it.

It's hard to reach customer service if you need to change your order and there doesn't seem to be the same variety in supplies.

We were trying to order medical supplies for the first time as my husband is battling cancer. I found what I thought I needed, but wanted to recheck with someone more experienced. I called, no one answered, so I left my message and a contact number. No one returned my call. I also emailed the company and no one responded. Then my husband called and left another message and no one responded. Although we appreciate being able to get quality supplies from your company, we would expect to be able to communicate with you in a timely manner. Thanks.
