I still haven't received my order.

The product i bought was insulin syringes.. They keep clogging.. Im not happy with the product at all..

The products offered by ECMS are very definitely of good quality and reasonably priced; However, the "Free Shipping" offered by ECMS is deplorable and their communication and customer service skills are even worse. My past orders were all smaller ones, so I paid for the shipping. These orders were promptly shipped out to me and received within days. Since ECMS offers free shipping on orders over $200.00, I elected to consolidate my orders and try to save some money on shipping. HUGE mistake on my part. My order was placed on Wednesday. The following MONDAY--(and despite notification that my order had shipped)--the order still hadn't shipped. It was still in "Pre-Shipment". It hadn't left ECMS and made it to the Post Office!! Phone messages and email inquiries went unanswered. It was only after I said that I would cancel my order that I received any replies. They made no effort to expedite my order--I was told that it would be shipped in the usual fashion. The customer service rep with whom I spoke acted like it really didn't matter. I received a flimsy apology and a B.S. explanation, but no offer to make their mistake right and keep my business. I ended up buying the items needed locally and paying far more for them, in order to get enough to carry me until I could find someone else to order from. I'm thoroughly disappointed in ECMS. I've given them good ratings in the past, because (except for one other occasion) everything went smoothly. The "one other occasion" also involved poor communication. It was only after a negative Trustpilot review that ECMS contacted me and made it right. This is ECMS's second (and last) strike with me. They're OUT!!

I never received my order .. so I had to cancel it and go to the medical supply store here in my area because I was going out of town for work and I could not wait any longer ..........

wow.... always getting the order wrong despite efforts to make order crystal clear. weeks delay in delivery because product not in stock... (why confirm the order if you don't even have the product in stock!)... extremely difficult to get live customer service rep... although when you do they are polite and seem to be trying. I don't know.... gonna have to shop around for different supplier

Two orders in a row the wrong syringes were sent. Happens once you assume things happen and either keep them or return. I decided I would keep them. Next order try ordering anther three items two were right the third wrong. Would appear very poor shipping controls

Ordered a product and when it came in the mail, it was missing one item due to out of stock. Didn’t get any notices by email. The shipment had a note saying the item would be shipped later. I would of liked to know earlier, so i could’ve made other arrangements.
