great turnaround time and good prices on product. Shipping/handling fee seems a tad high...otherwise I will continue using East Coast

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is my last order did not come in a box, it came in a padded envelope and one item was damaged because of it. The item was re-shipled no questions asked. The only problem is they shipped the replacement in a padded envelope as well. The packaging of the item (not the envelope) was crushed in...it almost happened again. Some things just don't ship well in envelopes. Normally my order is larger and comes in a box so this is a first for me with East Coast other than that absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

Very fast shipping and high quality. Much easier than ordering supplies at a pharmacy.

The insulin syringes seem to be dull for some reason. I’ve noticed the difference since my wife and i started using ecms . We started bc of the convenience of not having to get out . Just something that we noticed . Ronnie & Morgan

I have always had great experience with this company. Prices are fair and I get my orders expeditiously. My only complaint is the shipping costs but that won't prevent me from continuing to order from them
