Once received item way overpriced for what I received and expected.

Prompt service but very high shipping cost.

Online order proses ,Good. Shipping time , Good. Shipping box, Good. Inner boxes of merchandise , were squashed,open. The Needles were not damaged, but two cartons looked like they had been sat on ! I noticed you changed to a Chinese brand needle.

The price of the syringes is okay but the shipping charges are ridiculous.

Overall, this is a good company that fulfills its promises. I've ordered many times and will continue to do so. However, I do have reservations now because of its shipping policy. East Coast gets a hefty discount on USPS Priority mail and even uses the USPS free box; however, the company adds about 40% to its actual USPS shipping cost at checkout. Basically, the company overcharges on shipping and 'justifies' it by offering coupon codes for purchase discounts. I know this because I asked and that's the response I got.

i ordered 23g x 1in and i got 25g x 1in syringes. they sent the wrong syringes.

Shipping prices are outrageous. $13 plus to ship a 1lb box priority post. I know the costs for shipping from a business and the prices are doubled.

I've used ecms many times their service is fine but the product easy touch insulin syringes are the worst I've used. Clog during first use. Break very easy. I will not and do not recommend this product i will not use again...
