Medical supplies are the kind of product that should be rushed out the door. In many cases it could be a life and death situation. That said, when I ordered and the shipping option was "Priority mail", with a corresponding shipping charge, I expected my order would be a priority. East Coast Medical Supply is located in Florida, and I live 2 states away. Given that it should have only been a 2 day ship via USPS Priority, why did it take 6 days for my order to arrive? Because ECMS didn't process my order for shipping until 3 days after my order--that's why.

There should be a way to duplicate a previous order . Each time I order I have to re-create the order. This leaves room for mistakes. I ordered the wrong size this last time from previous orders. 😣

Not good. Confusing instructions that said I needed a prescription before you could ship. I cancelled the order, but afterwards (without prescription) you sent the catheters anyway (without prescription). Shipping charges of $37 are ridiculous for USPS rates. Will not use your service again

Sent 3 boxes of incorrect products instead of what was ordered. Opened one box before realizing what happened. Still have 2 more boxes of incorrect products.

I had ordered a supplement that had to be injected via sterIle water. I ordered the supplement the same day as your product but hot it Monday which was 3 days earlier than the water. Complete bs that I had to wait 3 days to take it cuz of your slow service.
