Kind of a long wait.

Sometimes I get my package in 2-3 days an sometimes it takes 8 days. I ordered something an they sent the wrong item an it took 8 days to get . I also paid almost 15 to have it shipped with in the 3 days an it wasn't. But to return it I had to pay the shipping again as well. I feel if it was there mess up they should of tooken care of everything to fix it not me. But most of the time it's a good place to order.

In the past have had no issues. On my last order I did not receive half of my order which I paid. I simply don’t have time to backtrack with them to get it resolved, but the fact remains that I did not receive product that I paid for.

The shipping was fast. The problem I have was that all the reviews I read for the product I bought were for a different brand they shipped. The product I recieved was not what I expected and the worst lve ever used. After going back and reading the description of the item they sent the correct brand but please seperate reviews based upon item brand. Pretty deceptive sale I feel. As far as having timely shipment they did a great job.

Honestly the site is great. The selection is great. It's easy to find what you need. The only drawback is the price of shipping. Even with the coupon codes. Unfortunately, I'll be looking for another place to get what I need

Everything was good except the amount of time it took from when you said it was shipped to the point that the Post Office said they received it. They explained it that your software said it was shipped but they had not picked it up yet. Should not have taken 5 days to get to me.

I’ve orders with them before and the items shipped were processed and sent out very promptly. In turn resulted in myself receiving them promptly. This past purchase though, not the same as last time. It took about 3 days for the order to be processed and setup for shipping, than another week to receive the item, which the delivery date changed 3 times. Not sure what happened but it really set me back with my needs for the product.

The orders usually takes way more than the Web site predicts
