ECMS has always been good to me, but this order was different. I ordered 2 boxes of needles and they only shipped me 1. The next day, when I was getting ready to contact them, a Fed ex package arrived with the box they owed me plus 1 bonus! Thanks ECMS!!!!

I ordered a box of 100 syringes but was shipped an incorrect order. I wrote an email describing the mixup and was immediately shipped the correct item, before ECMS had even received the returned item. Excellent serrvice!
