AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE
I don't usually write reviews but in this case I felt I should. I have used many mail order services over the years and East Coast Medical Supply has been one of the best. If I have a complaint, I get a response and it's taken care of. If I don't get an order in the time limits they stipulate, they replace the order immediately and usually overnight. I especially want to give high praise for one particular employee. George Courtney has been handling my orders, shipments and issues for a while now and I have to say he is quick to respond, always gets the issue taken care of, and unlike most online stores, he always reaches out to me via email to let me know what he did and what I can expect. I have dealt with others there, but he is the "cream of the crop" and I hope that the company knows how valuable he is. I might have left for another vendor after 2 or 3 issues if it wasn't for him. He and his terrific customer service attitude is the reason I did not. If you are thinking of ordering online for your supplies, I can only say that your will be pleasantly surprised by East Coast Medical Supplies company and their very dedciated customer service staff and their terrific pricing structure. I will be a cusomer as long as they keep their doors open!
