Attentive customer service
I've ordered from East Coast Medical Supply before. They have a user-friendly website and prompt shipping. They are easy to deal with. This last order I placed had a minor issue--one of the items I received was different than the one I ordered. I sent customer service an e-mail and let them know about the problem, they replied promptly and said they would send the correct product to me immediately at no cost to me. I thought they did an excellent job of resolving the issue.

Great service and super fast shipping!!!!!!!
I have ordered from East Coast Medical Supply many times and I always get great customer service and super fast shipping on all my orders. And they also have great prices on the things I need. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Great products excellent service!
ECMS has an outstanding website and excellent customer service. After my first order I was convinced I would not order from ECMS again because of some shipping costs and processing times. However, once I expressed my frustration ECMS went far and above!! They contacted me and asked what they could do to make me happy. I was shocked!! They far exceeded any expectation, in the future I won't even price shop I will go directly to ECMS. Thanks guys!

Fine products and good people
East coast medical sells fine products at reasonable prices. Shipping can be slow but customer service promises this is being resolved.
