East Coast Medical Supply has superior products and customer service. I made a mistake on an order, sent an email to alert the company of the mistake and then I placed the correct order. I received an immediate reply telling me the mistake had been corrected and my money refunded. I wouldn't order form anyone else.

I accidentally ordered needles w/o syringes and they gave me free shipping plus a discount to complete my order. Very nice.

After I wrote that the USPS had "lost" my order East Coast immediately contacted me and said they'd resend the order, and add another item to it to make it right. Of course after they sent out the new order, I finally received the lost order so I told them I'd send it back to them, but they said "no, you keep it, this one's on us".
