I recently placed an order with East Coast Medical and had a problem with a package not showing up. I was contacted by a rep almost immediately and offered to resend the package if necessary then with out skipping a beat they checked the post office and pin pointed the problem. Ended up being an error at my local post office. Had this not happened my package would have been here right on time. I am very busy recently and having their awesome customer service rep on that for me was helped out a lot. Oh and they even unasked refunded my shipping cost for the inconvenience! Would and will recommend to any and everyone in the future for you med supply needs!
