I am "Jim" in the review below where I ranked East Coast medical as two stars. I shot the ranking out as I was queried on my transaction fairly quickly after the receipt of the goods. I had not yet contacted the company to make it right. Within ten minutes of notifying them of my order being incomplete, they not only corrected the order but added additional items at no cost. In fairness, before I ranked them as I did I should have contacted them and notified them that the order was incomplete. I would ask that were it my company and I was dealing with the public. I prematurely acted when I should have given them the notice and opportunity to cure. They have been great in correcting the oversight and have been truly concerned about making it right. I will definitely stick with these folks as they have repeatedly contacted me to ensure that I am fully satisfied and happy with their performance. I rarely find such caring compassion from a company these days. Truly a class act!! I am humbled by these people - great work folks!! I appreciate it. Jim

East Coast Medical Supply is sets the standard high with order filling and shipping. I will not use any other company, because they can't compare.
